General Questions
Simply, yes! Registration with Elim Online Training is free and many courses are also free.
You can register with the site using the Registration link at the top of the page.
In order to register you need to be using a strong password. This means a password that includes a capital and lowercase letter, a number, a special character and is more than nine characters in length. If the password meets these criteria and is still rejected as not strong enough, it is likely because you are repeating short words in the password or it is deemed to be a common word.
There are a number of things that can mean a certificate is not created. Firstly check that you have completed every section of the course. Secondly, make sure you have clicked the Finish button on the course. If you cannot see the button, then close the final module of the course and then re-open the course. Once you have clicked finish, the certificate should become available in the certificates tab under your account. You can access your account from the My Courses link at the top of every page.
This Elim Online Training site has its own registration mechanism so you need to register with the site in order to login. ElimHUB and its forerunner ElimNET, are the charity intranet sites and are not available to everyone who might need to make use of this online training platform. Hence the need for an additional and unique login.
We monitor the training system for dormant accounts on a regular basis and remove them. Dormant accounts are those created over four months ago that never actually signed up for a course. If you have tried the password recovery on your account and this has not been successful then you should try re-creating your account.
This error is most often caused by page caching in your browser or on the site. The first thing to try is closing down your browser and then re-open the site and see if that resolves the issue. If this does not and you can try on a different device, that often resolves the issue. If this does not resolve things, send us an email and we will see if we can help further.
One final option is simply to wait for 24 hours and try again - caches normally clear within that time.
This error is generally caused by a caching error. Please try a refresh of your browser cache - on Windows machines this is done by pressing Ctrl-F5, on a Mac using Safari press Command(⌘)-Option-R. On a smart phone or tablet, close the application completely and re-open it.
If the above doesn't work, try a full reboot or restart of the device and then try again.
Alternatively try a different browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari) or a different device.
Church leaders can order and pay for coupons for the paid courses. Some have a discount for bulk purchases. These pre-paid coupons can be passed on to allow others to order the courses using their own Online Training Platform login and pay for it with the coupon code. If you wish to order and restrict to only one specific course, then this can be requested at the time of order. To order your coupon use the link below.
Order a couponAs other course producers decide to charge a fee, they too can ask us to provide coupon orders for their courses.
